Due to the increased and complex legislation more and more organizations prefer to outsource the writing of their annual reports. Accountantskantoor Van Krimpen provides this service to clients who draw up their annual accounts according DutchGAAP and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). As from 2005 full IFRS is obliged to listed companies.

Small entities

On a yearly basis all B.V.’s (besloten vennootschappen), C.V.’s (commanditaire vennootschappen) and corporations (Coöpraties) have to draw up and file their annual accounts. The self employed, VOF’s and maatschappen do not have these legal obligations. Nevertheless, there might be other reasons why you would need to draw up accounts.
